You don't need to be tech savvy to use Google Adsense. In fact, you don't need any more technical knowledge than to surf the Internet. Google Adsense is very easy to use and has a comprehensive support website to answer all your questions.

First you will be guided through the registration process where you will be asked for all the necessary information. You then have a few days to wait for your account to be approved. This would be a good time to familiarize yourself with the program's policies, which of course you should read before signing up.

But look again. Make sure none of the nonos are listed on the site you are registering. For example, something obscene is allowed, but nothing excessive. What is overkill? This could be a gray area, but if in doubt, don't register this site. There are many sites out there with little to no profanity.

Does Google Adsense Offer Direct Deposits?

Google Adsense offers various payment options for publishers.

Electronic Funds Transfer (ETF) is offered in 16 countries, with your payments sent straight to your bank account in your local currency. Check Google Adsense support to see which countries participate in this option.

You must register for this option after your application has been approved by logging into your account. Then click the Edit link next to the payment header. Enter the bank details, Google Adsense will make a small test transfer to your account. This is done for security reasons to ensure that the account is really yours.

Monitor your account for the test deposit to be sent, usually within a few days. After you receive your payment from Google, log back into your account and click Verify Account in the Payment Details section.

You then need to enter the test payment amount. If you don't complete this step, your payments will be suspended. Once you have correctly entered the test transfer amount, your bank will be approved and selected as your payment method.
